Missed Appointments and Cancellation Policy

This policy aims to establish guidelines for clients who are unable to attend scheduled physiotherapy appointments at our clinic.

1. Cancellation Notice:
Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to do so will result in a full payment requirement for the missed session.

2. Failure to Attend:
If a client fails to attend a scheduled appointment without providing prior notice, it will be considered a missed appointment, and the client will be responsible for full payment.

3. Missed Appointment Fee:
Clients will be subject to a missed appointment fee equivalent to the full session cost for failing to attend a scheduled session without providing 24 hours notice.

4. Communication of Changes:
Clients must communicate any cancellations or rescheduling requests via email, message, or phone call. The clinic will confirm the receipt of such communications.

5. Fee Payment:
Missed appointment fees are due within 14 days of the missed session. Failure to pay the fee may result in the suspension of future appointments until the outstanding amount is settled. Payment to be made via BACS

6. Exceptions:
Exceptions to the missed appointment fee may be considered in cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. Clients must communicate such situations to the clinic as soon as possible.

7. Repeat Offences:
Repeated instances of missed appointments may result in a review of the client’s eligibility for continued services at our clinic.
