Physio:
Initial assessment & treatment:
If it’s your first time here or a new injury, this is where we start on your journey of getting better. We’ll dive into what’s going on—whether it’s a specific injury, ongoing pain, or just something that doesn’t feel right.
I’ll ask a few questions, assess the issue, and create a plan that’s tailored to you including specific treatment and any rehab that may be needed.
By the end, you’ll know exactly what’s happening and how we’re going to tackle it together.
Physio Follow up:
(30mins – individual issue/one body area)
This is for when we’re making progress!
We’ll check in on how things are improving, make any tweaks to your rehab or treatment, and keep moving towards your goals. Whether you’re back to running, working, or chasing your kids around, we’ll make sure you’re on track.
Physio follow up 45 min
(Multi areas/injuries)
Got a few things going on? This longer session is for tackling multiple injuries or areas at once.
We’ll be able to address all issues and cover all bases. It’s ideal if you’ve got a lot happening and want to have them seen at the same time.
Sports massage:
60 min:
(Full body)
An hour of focused, hands-on treatment to ease muscle tension, improve recovery, and keep you moving at your best. Ideal for active people or anyone who just needs to loosen up and feel good.
45 min
(Upper or lower body)
A shorter but effective session for targeting tight muscles and improving recovery. Great if you’re busy but still need that post-run, gym, or work stress reset.
Sports massage & cupping:
90 min:
(Full body)
The ultimate combo for recovery and relaxation. A sports massage to ease tension, combined with cupping therapy to improve circulation and release deep-seated tightness.
Perfect for athletes or anyone needing an extra boost for tired muscles.
Shockwave Therapy + Physiotherapy:
session details
This treatment is designed to target chronic pain and stubborn injuries like tendinopathies or plantar fasciitis. Using shockwave therapy we’ll stimulate healing and break down those tough, painful areas.
Please note: you must have had an Initial Assessment first, so we know this is the right treatment for you.
Movement analysis and individualised rehab plan:
session details
This session is all about understanding how your body moves. We’ll look at your movement patterns, test your strength, and identify any weaknesses or imbalances that could lead to injury or hold you back.
Perfect for athletes or anyone wanting to move and perform better, whether that’s on the pitch, in the gym, or just in everyday life.
Virtual injury assessment:
session details
Can’t make it to the clinic? No problem. In this online session, we’ll chat through your injury, assess your movement via video, and create a plan to get you feeling better. You’ll get expert advice and a clear rehab programme to follow – all from the comfort of home.
Gait Analysis:
session details
This session is all about fine-tuning your running. Whether you’re dealing with recurring niggles or looking to improve performance, we’ll take a proper look at how you move.
You’ll get up on the treadmill, I’ll record your running, and we’ll break it down together to see what’s really going on. From there, we’ll look at simple tweaks you can make, whether that’s changes to your technique or specific rehab to support it.
The goal is to get you running efficiently, reduce injury risk, and help you perform at your best.
